Micro Scooters, has lost the trade mark infringement and compensation lawsuit which was filled in Turkey.

Attorney at law Murat Eltutan stated that the verdict is rightful and his Turkish clients are the registered trade mark owners of "Micro" and the trademark "Micro Scooters" is not registered with the Turkish Patent Institute.
